BAND MEMBER

Sahra Featherstone is a multi-instrumentalist, and has been playing music professionally for over 15 years.  She has two solo albums and has been involved with recording projects which received nominations for Canadian Folk Music Awards (2006 and 2010).  In addition to her solo work, Sahra has joined many artists on stage and in the studio, playing concerts and music festivals across Canada and the USA, as well as hundreds of corporate and private events, including weddings.  She has recorded on over 50 albums and has also collaborated and performed with diverse singers and groups, including Carlos Núñez, Nelly Furtado, Great Lake Swimmers, John McDermott, Don Ross, Melissa McClelland (of Whitehorse), Scarlett Jane, and The Tartan Terrors. She has taught music lessons on harp and violin for over 10 years, and is based in Toronto, Canada
